Coconut Glen`s in Maui

I tried the coconut ice cream and was amazed! All flavors are only $7 a scoop and it’s dairy free. I definitely recommend! And you can’t really miss it, the brightly colored van will catch your eye.

Coconut Glen serves the best ice cream on the planet. I do admit it's technically not ice cream per se, but it hits all the same spots and better. The classic coconut is divinity sent from heaven. Oh, and it's lactose-free.

Ice cream was excellent. My favorite was the orogonal coconut, but the chocolate was good as well. They have a few dogs and cats that are friendly. We also had some fresh coconut. The owner is super friendly and nice. I would recommend you stop here. The painted truck is also cool.

Absolutely delicious coconut (and vegan) ice cream. I consider myself an ice cream aficionado, and this was absolutely delicious, vegan or not. Also, the lady working was super nice and let me taste a bunch of flavors before I made a decision. 😊

It looks like a fun and welcoming place but that is not the vibe I received today. Granted we visited on our way back through Hana and it appeared to be closing time. I'm assuming it was Glen but whoever it was, didn't give out the welcome vibes. We ordered an original coconut and a banana, raisin and rum ice cream. My husband and I both said how gritty the ice cream was. We didn't care for it.

Great stop on road to Hana for freshly opened coconuts. You drink what's inside and then crack it open for jelly or you can have a firmer fully matured coconut. Jelly type is sweeter, mature type is fascinating to try but much milder.
